Refund policy

At ZoraCart, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality smart gadgets and electronics. Since we work with direct-from-warehouse shipping to keep our prices unbeatable, we have a specific set of guidelines for returns and refunds.

1. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee

We offer a 7-Day Replacement Policy for products that are:

  • Received in a physically damaged condition.

  • Have missing parts or accessories.

  • Are defective or not working upon arrival.

Note: The 7-day window begins from the date the tracking status shows "Delivered."

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect against fraudulent claims and to ensure a smooth process with our courier partners, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must show the package from all sides before opening.

  • The shipping label must be clearly visible in the video.

  • The video must be continuous (no cuts/edits) and show the defect or damage clearly.

  • Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to process a replacement or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer returns if you no longer want the product or don't like the color/feel.

  • User-Induced Damage: Damage caused by improper use, electrical surges, or accidental drops by the customer.

  • Missing Packaging: Products must be returned in their original brand box with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

4. How to Initiate a Return

If you receive a damaged or defective item, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [Your Email Address] or WhatsApp us at [Your Phone Number] within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide Details: Share your Order ID and attach the Unboxing Video and photos of the product.

  3. Evaluation: Our team will review your claim within 24-48 hours.

5. Refund Process

  • Replacement: Our primary goal is to send you a brand-new replacement of the same product at no extra cost.

  • Refunds: If a replacement is not available in stock, we will initiate a refund.

  • Mode of Refund: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Razorpay/Bank Account) within 5-7 working days after the return is picked up and verified.

6. Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placement.

  • Once the order is "Dispatched" or "Shipped" from our supplier warehouse, it cannot be canceled.
